Victor holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (Hons) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (Geosciences) from Monash University. The focal point of his studies was directed towards groundwater/surface water interactions, and life cycle assessment and costing.
Victor has applied knowledge and extensive experience of the resource consenting process, overland flow path analysis, detailed design review, multi-criteria evaluation analysis, water sensitive urban design (WSUD), environmental impact assessments, and supervision of municipal projects. Victor has undertaken a variety of roles which have involved negotiating outcomes with a broad variety of stakeholders.
Victor has a proven ability to lead, manage, and work within multi-disciplinary teams from his previous position as an Australian Army Officer. He has previously fulfilled command and instructional postings and has undertaken a wide range of roles working with a diverse range of foreign forces.
Beyond his professional work at Morphum, Victor spends his time bike packing during the summer, and ice climbing throughout north-eastern United States and Canada. He currently resides in New York City.
