Our people are integral to who we are.
We're committed to actively fostering a culture that celebrates our diversity and is inclusive in harnessing our combined knowledge, experience and energy.
This is vital to unlocking personal and organisational development and the general well-being of our people. A large part of this is committing to gender equality in the workplace. We have set objectives to improve gender balance across the board at Morphum, acknowledging the importance of providing leadership pathways for women and non-binary employees.
We're also committing and instigating change within the engineering industry. We're proud members of
Diversity Works and
The Diversity Agenda and in 2022 became signatories of the
Diversity Agenda Accord. In March 2022, we joined the
Mind the Gap campaign, publishing our gender pay gap. This was another essential step to meeting our gender equality goals and encouraging the conversation around the gender pay gap.
As of October 2023, Morphum's pay gap is 13.96%.
What is a gender pay gap?A gender pay gap shows the median difference between pay for men and women. The calculation of the gender pay gap is done based on the Stats NZ guidelines and includes all employees.
