Engineer

Aparna has been working in hydrology, hydraulics, and GIS since 2015 across a variety of projects in the United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of the Science of Engineering. (Honors) specialising in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka.

Aparna has experience working in both design consultancy and contractor site construction teams. Before joining Morphum, he worked on stormwater and wastewater network designs for towns, and stormwater management for large constructions. Aparna's global learnings means he has expereinced a variety of software, and design methods and guidelines within the engineering industry.

He is passionate about environmental sustainability, hydrology, water sensitive designs, and associated modelling works, which led to him joining Morphum in October 2022.

Outside work, Aparna enjoys hiking and photography - especially the milky way photography!
